Standard Shipping (within AU)	2-8 business days
Standard New Zealand Shipping	4-7 business days

DISPATCH

SPELD SA endeavour to send goods within 5 business days of receipt of your order. If you select “Purchase Order”, goods will be dispatched on receipt of your Purchase Order PDF to shop@speldsa.org.au. Alternatively, if you select “Invoice”, goods will be dispatched on remittance of your payment to accounts@speldsa.org.au.

TRACKING

All SPELD SA orders are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification via email.

LOCAL PICKUP

We offer a Local Pickup service which allows you to order online and pickup your purchase from our Frewville Shop or Educators’ Hub at Black Forest. 

Collection times are:

Monday to Friday 
9am – 3pm 

Educators’ Hub, Black Forest
Shop 8, 715 South Road,

Monday to Thursday 
9am – 5pm

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page. If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received. If you wish to split orders and ship available items first, please email shop@speldsa.org.au.
